Clive River Vineyards

One of the more significant tests was conducted at Clive River Vineyards in 2005. Located in Hastings, New Zealand, this test was done on plantings of two wine grape varietals (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). Tests and control were carefully monitored and results measured at harvest.

Background:


During the 2006/2006 Chilean growing season, a team of researchers from the Catholic University in Santiago, Chile conducted trials on Thermal Pest Control vs. Conventional Pesticide controls on Thompson Seedless grapes. The research team was headed by Doris Prehn and included the following members:
